In May 2006, I decided to return to my home state of New Jersey and visit my brother and his wife in the small town of Hackettstown. It had been five years since I was there last. Time flies... Booked tickets on SouthWest, my favorite airline, to Philadelphia. I was also able to get a reservation for a condo in "Shawnee On The Delaware", a resort area in the Poconos, which is about 28 miles from my brother's home. Reservation for the condo was made through the Armed Forces Vacation Club. Seven full days for $299... Can't beat those prices... After spending a week there I headed back down to Philadelphia for two days to visit with Anne's sister, Mary and family. Here are a few photos of my trip.
